This has been designed keeping in mind the specific case wherein this house demanded the barrier free environment for a differently abled child in the house.

Tandale Residence is a house for an Army Serviceman. The plot is small @ 1800 Sqft., where as, demand of the client was to have a bungalow with a considerable size and volume. The bungalow is very spacious with a double height for common Living Area to establish a connection within floors offering a good volume as expected. The fine detailing of staircase would catch once eye to linger around to give an experience of a larger space.

The special organization and a decent massing coupled with a unique colour scheme had these project get nominated for AESA award 2022.
